Complaints The staff at St. George’s Dental Practice work very hard to achieve a great outcome for all of our patients. Everyone wants to have a happy experience. We welcome feedback to improve our services. Anonymous questionnaires are available from reception or else please let us know by email at stgeorgesdp@yahoo.co.uk We also know that sometimes we might not meet your expectations. Please let us know if you have had a problem with either how you were treated by your dentist or with any other interaction with the Practice. We will do all we can to resolve the problem or to make sure that we improve our customer service so that it doesn’t happen again. If you would like to make a complaint you can do so by either writing to our Practice Manager, Mrs Barbara Bradford, 9 Upper Bridge St., Canterbury Kent CT1 2NA or emailing her at stgeorgesdp@yahoo.co.uk If the complaint involves a dentist Mrs Bradford will communicate the complaint to the dentist who will then reply to you within 14 days. If your complaint cannot be resolved by the Practice then you can write (For NHS complaints) to Kent and Medway Area Team, NHS England, Wharf House, Medway Wharf Road, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1RE or for complaints about Private treatment you can contact the Dental Complaints Service which is funded by the General Dental Council.
